Rise & Shine - Community Workout

community (noun) a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals.

ATA believes deeply in the power of community. Our classes are meant to bring people together in the great outdoors. Whether you are training for a marathon or just to keep up with your grandkids, you matter in this community. Together we crush goals.

Rise and Shine classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00am-8:00am on the Snow Bowl turf.
