Welcome to Snow Bowl, which re-opened its doors in the Spring of 2019! Chef Pete List, a Steamboat culinary icon, has put together a delectable menu of dishes using only the freshest, local ingredients. Braised Colorado Lamb Shank, Sheep Ricotta Dumplings, Chef’s award-winning Green Chili, and Southern Belle Flatbread with forked sweet potato, grilled local pork belly, mustard greens and sarsaparilla peanuts are just a few of the surprises you’ll want to try at Snow Bowl.
Snow Bowl has lots of fun inside with 12 AMF bowling lanes designed for personal, group, league, and tournament play. During the magical summer season, our huge beer garden has Steamboat’s only shipping container bar with enough green space and lawn games to keep the entire family entertained for hours. After you hit the slopes or float down the Yampa, Snow Bowl has summer and winter fun for all ages!
